DealerMatix is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Executive to support our day-to-day IT operations and ensure a smooth, reliable technology environment for our teams.
The role involves Windows laptop and desktop support, device and IT asset management, application configuration, basic networking, employee IT support, vendor coordination, and office technology support.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a Tech professional who brings:
3–5 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration
Strong knowledge of Windows and basic networking
Fair knowledge of Azure DevOps and security compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage multiple IT responsibilities
Professional and customer-friendly approach
